Leron is a trusted advisor to founders and CEOs. She specializes in putting promising startups on the map and vastly expanding the reach of established corporations. Leron spent 10 years as a television news reporter and producer covering breaking news in New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. She has written articles for a range of prestigious publications including Time magazine, The Star Ledger and Fast Company. Leron has also written scripts for three nationally televised real estate and design programs: National Open House, Good Buy/Bad Buy, and Design on a Dime. In her capacity as a field producer for MultiVu (a division of PR Newswire), she produced celebrity interviews, technology and medical reports, corporate videos, and video web content. Leron graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Barnard College, and she earned a Master's Degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.
Renee’s career includes securing placements, producing large-scale events and promoting general brand reputation for a roster of entertainment and technology companies, including DreamWorks Animation, Samsung, Flipboard, ArcLight Cinemas and Intel. Renee specializes in corporate brand positioning, creative campaign building and strategy development. In addition, Renee helps companies create brand partnerships in their target markets and translate the vision of the brand into compelling messages and experiences to drive overall engagement.
Based in London, Diane is a PR and marketing professional with 20 years of experience across a broad range of tech sectors, handling both trade and consumer campaigns. Her inimitable writing style, go-getter attitude and extensive list of contacts, especially in the UK, ensure effective delivery of a client’s PR goals.
Wendy is a senior level PR professional and former journalist with more than 25 years experience working with numerous global enterprises, as well as early-stage and mature startups. Wendy is adept at helping companies navigate through the market noise by understanding the issues, clearly articulating the messages and designing programs to effectively disseminate the news. Prior to shifting to PR, Wendy worked as a reporter for IDG News and the Asbury Park Press.
Debra is a seasoned communications professional with more than 15 years of experience. As a journalist, she has written for many of the world's top publications, including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and she has also served as a communications strategist and marketing expert for corporations, health systems and high-tech firms. Debra holds a master's degree in English Literature from The University of Chicago and -- as a working mom of twins -- is an excellent multi-tasker.
Senior Account Manager
Based in New York City, Rachel Sales brings a range of expertise to the job, from PR to marketing to writing. Rachel is also the co-founder of Pink Pangea, a women's travel company. An expert multi-tasker whose organizational skills would impress even Marie Kondo, she brings a balance of creativity and energy to every project, and her can-do attitude drives initiatives forward. Rachel holds a B.A. in English literature and an M.F.A. in creative writing from Columbia University.
Senior Account Manager
Based in Denver, Jennifer brings expertise in communication strategy, public relations campaigns and technical communication. Prior to joining Si14, Jennifer worked primarily in-house in communications management and leadership roles for start-ups, NGOs and non-profits, specializing in climate and science communication. She has a penchant for solving communication problems and finding the story behind the science. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Public Relations and an M.S. in Journalism & Technical Communication.
Josh has 15 years’ experience leading PR campaigns in the U.S., UK and Canada, working with large government agencies, startups and mature companies. His ability to convert complex technologies and concepts into compelling stories attracts the attention of desired audiences and generates results. An experienced strategist with degrees in sociology and TV broadcasting, Josh goes to the heart of the issues to powerfully connect with stakeholders and generate meaningful media coverage.
Gina has vast experience establishing and maintaining integrated marketing and communications programs. Prior to joining the team, Gina managed and coordinated international business ventures for Gitam Porter Novelli, where she provided ongoing support to multinational clients, as well as local clients in the international arena. In addition, she acted as foreign media liaison for high profile events of international stature. And she is no stranger to pulling knock-out punches: she holds a black belt in karate.
East Coast-based Kristen Hoff is a strategic storyteller with over a decade of experience telling purpose and mission-driven stories for technology companies of all sizes, executives, and political clients. With a Master’s of Political Management from George Washington University, Kristen utilizes her ability to develop strategic insights to deliver top tier results.

Shani enjoys putting her analytical and communication skills to work to benefit Si14 Global’s clients. Prior to joining the team, Shani worked in various non-profit organizations, honing her marketing and communication skills by helping them develop their brand and image and improve customer engagement. Shani holds a degree in Political Science with concentrations in psychology and art.
Shoshi is a graduate of University of Westminster, London. She has special experience when it comes to making clients shine: prior to joining the team, she was part of the marketing team at RapNet, an online diamond trading platform. She brings experience in effective communication in the high-tech sector as well as a passion for sparkling content.
Senior Account Coordinator
After nearly a decade working in high level donor relations and VIP events in the nonprofit sector, Rachel is adapting this knowledge and experience into the PR world. With her wealth of communication and research skills she supports our team in advancing the needs and interests of our clients.
Dresa's interest in PR was piqued while studying at the University of Westminster, when she had the opportunity to work at an agency representing a beverage brand. She has worked on campaigns for London-based festivals and movie premieres. She is now delighted to bring her enthusiasm to enterprise tech.
With more than 20 years of experience in administration and customer service in New York and Israel, Brenda has a proven track record of strong performance in high-pressure, high volume environments. She skillfully manages the day-to-day operations of the Si14 Global office by leveraging her creativity and organizational skills, along with her sense of humor.
